Introducing The Happiness Expert: Mike Janofsky

Happiness is one of the most sought after feelings by every living thing. We don’t have a statistic on that, but we’re pretty confident everyone reading this wants to see others and themselves be happy. We’re making some moves to make sure our customers always have this feeling when using and thinking about Check I’m Here.

As customers you should expect to be valued. All too often companies fail to see the value their customers hold past the point of purchase. Instead of investing in and nurturing post sales relationships some companies choose to focus on finding more customers. Check I’m Here isn’t one of those companies.

Our entire team consists of former student affairs professionals and student leaders who can relate to the issues our customers are facing first hand. Our team has always and will always be dedicated to providing our customers with the service and support they deserve. We’ve added a position solely dedicated to doing just that!

The Happiness Expert position is determined to provide customers with an exceedingly successful experience with our software and using it to solve some of the hardest issues in Higher Education. The man behind the title is Mike Janofsky.

Mike’s obsessed with making sure everyone is happy, and will be heading up our efforts to provide the mom-and-pop/always-around style of service for customer support, training, managing integrations and onboarding new customers. Mike will also be reaching out, from time to time, to see how we might be able to help, learn what new kinds of services/features we can provide, and help create content and best-practices for our software and student affairs.

We assure you Mike isn’t a robot or a recording; he is a living breathing (bearded) person. Mike graduated from Marist College in 2012 with a B.S. in Information Systems. During his undergraduate studies, Mike was an SGA executive board member and programming board member. After graduating, Mike worked as an SA pro in residence life for 3 years at both Marist College and Curry College. Besides making everyone in the office laugh, Mike is an excellent cook!
